Gua Sha is an ancient practice rooted in Chinese medicine, designed to stimulate circulation, release fascia, and support lymphatic drainage while helping your skin and facial muscles function at their highest level.
In this 2-hour hands on workshop, you’ll experience:
• Grounding and breathwork to regulate the nervous system
• Full body alignment to support facial structure
• Guided Gua Sha techniques for face, neck, and chest
• Lymphatic activation to reduce puffiness and stagnation
• Muscle stimulation to lift, tone, and define
You’ll also receive a custom ritual oil blend infused with castor oil, frankincense, rose water, and alkaline water to nourish and support your practice.
